Anthony was very helpful when I spoke to him on the phone on a Friday. He was able to come out to the house on Monday, the next business day. When Anthony came to my house he was very friendly. I showed him the area of the basement and he looked around other portions to confirm the mold had not spread to other areas. Anthony informed me that the mold condition I had was minor and not dangerous and that I could handle cleaning it myself. He did not try to sell me an expensive service that I did not need but would have been willing to do so if I didn't want to do it myself. He gave me some good recommendations on how to prevent the mold from reoccurring. He did not charge me for the consultation. I would use Anthony and Mastertech Environmental in the future.
