It went very well. Leonard W. came out and assessed the problem and came back with his crew of workers to clean up the Basement, remediate as needed and to perform air testing. They were dedicated workers and very friendly/professional. He was happy to answer questions and he offered a lot of helpful advice and gave us peace of mind with our basement along with his service guarantee.

Anthony was very helpful when I spoke to him on the phone on a Friday. He was able to come out to the house on Monday, the next business day. When Anthony came to my house he was very friendly. I showed him the area of the basement and he looked around other portions to confirm the mold had not spread to other areas. Anthony informed me that the mold condition I had was minor and not dangerous and that I could handle cleaning it myself. He did not try to sell me an expensive service that I did not need but would have been willing to do so if I didn't want to do it myself. He gave me some good recommendations on how to prevent the mold from reoccurring. He did not charge me for the consultation. I would use Anthony and Mastertech Environmental in the future.
